HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - With the New Year comes New Year’s resolutions and many of us want to be healthier, but actually achieving those goals can be a little more difficult than we realize.

If you’re someone with a track record of shying away from the gym after month one, listen up.

Dr. Ashley Aratani, an orthopedic oncologist at Hawaii Pacific Health and athlete herself, has some tips that can break the cycle and help you stick to your health goals.
