You probably see the truck with the blue arrow on your street on a regular basis, but what happens if one of those deliveries goes wrong?

In one Atlanta suburb, the driver of an Amazon-logoed van slammed into a couple’s carport.

The damages cost the couple thousands of dollars and they say it took more than a year to get help from Amazon.
